Having worked with many beautiful individual clients and bridal parties, we know exactly what to do—and the right questions to ask—to ensure you and your team are perfectly prepared. With our years of experience, Kamara's Closet is committed to creating breathtaking looks that will make your wedding day unforgettable.

Your initial consultation is free and may be conducted via phone call, video call, or in person.

Please note that a consultation does not guarantee a booking. All services are offered on a first come, first served basis.

Single custom orders: Full payment is required before work begins.
Bulk orders (Bridal Parties): A deposit is required before physical work begins.

All payments and deposits are non-refundable.

Once payment is received, we will send you a detailed list of required measurements for your selected style.

Measurements must be taken by a professional.
Please do not measure yourself.
Submit your measurements along with a recent full-body photo (no filters).

All measurements will be reviewed for accuracy. If anything appears incorrect or unusual, we will contact you immediately.

If an error is discovered after approval and trimming has begun, Kamara's Closet will not be responsible for the cost of restarting the process.

Production begins immediately after we receive and approve your measurements and photos.
Once your outfit is completed, we will send photos and videos for your review.

After receiving your confirmation:

1. Your item(s) will be weighed.
2. You will be notified of the shipping cost.
3. Upon payment of the shipping fee, your order will be shipped immediately.

Once an order has been processed (typically within 24 hours), cancellations are not accepted.
Custom and special orders are not eligible for refunds, credits, or exchanges.
If an error occurs on our part, your order will be replaced.

If you cancel your wedding or no longer require our services:

All materials purchased for your order will be shipped to you.
All items must be claimed within one (1) year of notifying us of the cancellation.
Kamara's Closet will not be responsible for unclaimed items after one year.

If a member of the bridal party withdraws:

The bride remains responsible for the full payment based on the number of outfits confirmed at the time the contract was signed.
Any materials purchased for withdrawn members will be shipped to the bride.

Standard delivery: 4–8 weeks
In rare cases (peak season, fabric or embellishment availability), delivery may take an additional 2–4 months.

If you have a specific deadline, please inform us before placing your order. Express service may be available at an additional cost.

Shipping costs cannot be quoted in advance, as they depend on the final weight of your item(s). You will be contacted once weighing is complete.
